Data Podingest may collect
Podingest may collect account email, login and account information, credit balance and credit transactions, podcast/feed/episode information submitted for transcription, transcript jobs, generated transcripts, contact form messages, and payment-related records. Podingest does not store full card details.
How data is used
This data is used to provide accounts, create transcripts, manage credits, process purchases, respond to support/contact messages, and keep the service secure and functional.
Service providers
Podingest uses trusted third-party service providers to operate the service, including providers for hosting, account authentication, database storage, payment processing, and transcription processing. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.
Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Podingest does not store full card details.
